HOW TO COOK CHICKEN CURRY?
- Heat the pan
- Fry the chicken and wait until brown
- Fry the other side.
- set aside
- Next fry the potatoes and carrots, wait until color brown.
- set aside.
- Put 2 tablespoon oil in heated pan, Saute onions, for 8 seconds.
- Saute the fried chicken into pan with onions.
- After 1 min, put the 1 cup of diluted curry powder to the pan.
- Simmer for 3 mins.
- After 3 mins, lets add the 1 pack fiesta coconut milk, diluted in 1 cup of water.
- Mix and simmer for 5 mins, Our goal is to cook tender chicken as possible, and absorb the other ingredients as well.
- Add the chicken knorr cube and mix.
- Add the red bell pepper
- Simmer for another 5 mns.
- Add the Ground black pepper and mix.
- Finally add the fried potatoes and carrots and mix.

1/2 Chicken ( Chopped )
3 Pieces carrots
4 Cloves garlic
1 Piece onion
1 Pack fiesta coconut milk
1 Pack curry seasoning
4 Pieces medium potatoes
1 Chicken Knorr cube
1 Bell pepper
2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup oil (for Frying)
2 cups water
2 tablespoon oil
