Mexican Vegetables Cheese Meat Bomb

If this is your meal in front of your dining table, how long you will going to sit and eat? how many kilos of rice that you are able to eat? and how many times you would say "Delicious!!!!" 

We will find out!.. 

I got a chance to meet the famous and one of the Grilled Master Expert in Bavaria Germany Named Andreas Hanisch..  One of his menu is featured in the newspaper in Augsburger Land because of it's unique and very creative dish..  No wonder because, he is part of the team who won the 1st Place in Bavarian Grill Master in 2018, in so called Bavarian BBQ Championship 2018 in Poing.

I was invited on her Daughter's Birthday Party and he grilled his very famous creative Mexican Vegetables Cheese Meat Bomb for us..

I did not miss the chance to have a look on his dish. 

Observing him while grilling is full of compassion of what he is doing... 

he started to grilled  at around 16:00 (my estimation), and he said it will be finish for about 3 hours,.. We waited for too long but it is very "WORTH THE WAIT!"

It maybe also come up into your mind.. "It might be burnt out, because of the 3 hrs. durations"..

My answer is "No",. remember that this Mexican Vegetables Cheese Meat Bomb is controlled by the famous expert in Grill Master.

Mr. Hanisch Has 4 to 5 Grills on his kitchen and it has different sizes. He need to use 1 or 2 grills every time he cook, for its convenient, or tactics rather.  He use the indirect heat and direct heat.. Indirect heat is to warmth the sausages or any food that came from the fridge and its frozen.. after that, when its done. He transferred it into the direct heat, he did this for a reason to have a good balance of the grilled food.

 

Almost ready, while do grilling he also added sausages side by side.. 

READY!! On my first bite, the taste is Sooooo Delicious like it stuck on your mouth for so long, the smoke grilled dish spread on my mouth and its very tasty, I will never forget the taste of this especial dish I had in Bavaria Germany.
