Try the Mi-yummy's Tortang Talong Recipe | Vegetarian dish with amazing taste of Eggplant


Tortang Talong | Mi-yummy!
 

If you have a piece of eggplant in your refrigerator, how you will gonna manage to cook it? how creative are you? how you can make it more especial? like everybody didn't even noticed that it was just an eggplant..
 
Here is my recipes to my Especial Eggplant and the procedures on how I made it more especial..

 

1 can of tomato Diced
1 eggplant
1 onions
2 eggs
 salt 
 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 teaspoon Gemuse Bouillon or ( half knorr chicken cubes )
5 tables spoon olive oil

Here is the procedures;

first step, you need a pan with water make sure that the eggplant is below the water and boil it for about 20 minutes, depends on your estimation because I had a big eggplant..  (10 mins side by side to have a balance softness of cooked eggplant)  

while you are waiting for the eggplant to be soft and cook, get a piece of bowl and beat the 2 eggs on it, and put bit of salt and pepper with prefer of your estimation.

after 20 mins try to pricked the eggplant, if it is soft side by side then its ready.

when the eggplant is ready you may start peeling it. And soak it into the mixtures of egg, salt and pepper to absorb the ingredients.

Next, in a heated pan 
- Pour 2 tablespoon of olive oil and start sauté the onions, (wait until Brown) 
- Pour the 1 can of tomato. Mix them together, 
- add 2 teaspoon Gemuse Bouillon or ( half knorr chicken cubes ), salt, pepper (on your prefer        estimation).
-Try to taste your tomato and onions to get your desired taste...

The reason why I sauté the tomato and the onions is that I want to have a more savory taste for my eggplant. 

when everything is done from the tomato and onions, removed it from the pan and transferred it into a plate..

1. In a heated pan again.
2. Pour 3 tablespoon of olive oil.
3. start frying the eggplant carefully. 
4. add the cooked tomato and onions to the top of eggplant and spread it.
5. add the mixtures of egg (make it half for the other side of eggplant.)
6.  Let it cook until brown.
7. Cook other side as well repeat 4, 5 and 6.

"Do it carefully to avoid ruin the eggplant, make it in good textures", 

if you like to put other toppings you may also do, just play around with the ingredients that you would like to add.


This is the result of the "Tortang Talong" it's very tasty and very affordable.
