Have you ever tried to taste Crispy Fried Fish with Nuts? I didn't even thought about nuts pairing it with the fish, but here we are, lets find out how does it taste...
I had a chance to observe Mrs. Crista on her recipe that serve for the lunch time. every time I observed her, she cooked very simple and had a simple ingredients as well, but the taste of her dish is unique and very delicious and it has a classy style.
Just a bit of sharing how she always prepare the fish..
Based on what I have seen she normally put a lemon around it, and she add ground black pepper and little bit of salt, and she let it absorb all the ingredients and leave it for about 15 minutes.
Mrs. Crista use Mandeln Nuts paired for the fish for coating. but for me,
I do it with bread crumbs for coating, but this is seems interesting to try.
We used this equipment for frying the fried fish, as we like to have a good result and make it Crispy. This equipment is really old like more than a decades but still good and sturdy.

This is the finished "Crispy Fried Fish with Mandeln Nuts"..
the first bite that I had is I feel the nuts from my teeth before the fish, they are both crunchy to chew, and it mixed all the ingredients and fits together..
Mashed potato is suit to this dish for additional extra taste, because mashed potato has its own ingredients that gives more delicious..
You will maybe don't believed but I end up of having a big tummy because of this Crispy Fried Fish with Mandeln Nuts plus the Mashed potato..
