Chicken tomato sauce recipe

It may be more tastier if you try this in your kitchen at home and serve it with rice or cooked potato. 


Another recipe of mine and can be one of your cravings dish on your dining table.

 ever wondered maybe this is also called Chicken Afritada?
 
My answer is "No" and why? 

The ingredients is limited, and I am using pure tomato in a can,.

Let's head on to our  First Recipe Ingredients for Fried Chicken Breast;

1 Piece of egg
1 Chicken breast
2 cups flour
2 cups bread crumbs
butter
lemon half cut
2 teaspoon of salt 
2 teaspoon of black ground pepper
2 teaspoon paprika


You need to prepare all the ingredients upfront, therefore it will be easy for you, and everything is organized and will not miss any ingredients that you want to have on frying your chicken breast..

Start with Mixtures;

1. Chopped Chicken Breast and put the lemon juice around it, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black ground pepper.  soak for about 30 mins to absorb the ingredients.

2. 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black ground pepper and 1 teaspoon of paprika, mix it all..

3. In a plate crack 1 egg and mix it.

If everything is ready then let's go to the Procedures;


Procedures to our Fried Chicken Breast in a pan

1st, slowly dip the chicken into our Flour Mixtures side by side, Second, Dip it into Egg, and Third, Dip it into the Bread Crumbs.
Repeat this until finished.

Now,

In a heated pan, put butter with your own estimation, and make sure you spread it all over the pan, and let the butter simmer a bit before putting our chicken breast.
after simmered, slowly put your chicken breast into a pan and let it cook side by side until golden brown.

Repeat this Procedures until all chicken is cooked.

Second Ingredients for Tomato Sauce Recipe



Olive oil
1 can tomato
1 onion (Cube chopped)
1 paprika (Cube chopped)
tomato ketchup
1 cup water
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon of flour in a cup of water
3 tables spoon of Vinegar 


   
You can use any other types of vinegar, but in my recipe I like to have this because it is bit sweet and the sour taste is exactly what the right one for me.

Procedures;

In a heated pan, put olive oil 2 tablespoon will do, and sauté the chopped onions, and make it brown.
next, add the chopped paprika and mixed it together, let the paprika absorb the flavor of onions.
when everything is dry, Add the 1 can of Tomato, and mix.. 
after 2 mins of mixing add the1 tablespoon of flour in a cup of water, mixed it together, add another 1 cup of water, and turn into slow heat fire,.
  add the basic ingredients 2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt , 1 teaspoon pepper and 3 teaspoon vinegar for to taste, check and balance the taste.

finally let it simmer for 1 min.  
after simmer, check the sauce if its sticky, and add the fried chicken breast slowly (one by one) and slowly mix it together until all fried chicken breast absorb the tomato sauce and simmer again for 1 min.. 

and turned off the fire and Done!!!
