Especial sardines with crunchy garlic bits

Thinking about and curious if what dish is this? looks like SISIG?? But there are no onions that give dominance to the recipe. What is this?? If you continue reading this blog, you may not believe the recipe I had used and will try this at home.

SARDINES or SARDINAS is a common canned good in every store or most especially in some big supermarket. It is ready to eat, and most of all it is always needed for any survival of people from calamities that seeks quick food to eat.

Sardinas for us Filipinos is always a boring food because we just normally eat it as it is... Sardinas lang?? Sardinas nanaman? are most common complain that we heard from our home.

I will be sharing my simple recipes with sardines, I often likes to cook any vegetables with sardines because of its cheap price and it is suit to the vegetables that I want to pair.

RECIPES:

1 big can Sardine any brand, Small slices of Ginger
3 eggs in a bowl, 5 cloves of garlic, Dairy creme, Oyster Sauce
Olive oil...




I cleaned the sardines first and I removed the (thorn) so, that it lessen the fishy taste and smell.


Procedures;

In a heated pan, pour a small amount of olive oil, and put the minced garlic cloves, Sautee until Golden Brown, and set aside.

Next...

In a heated pan again, Slice a small amount of dairy creme to Sautee the small cut pieces of ginger, and make it golden brown. 

afterward, pour the bowl of sardines into the pan and mix it with the Ginger. Add 1 cup of water, and simmer it for 3 minutes. The reason why for simmering is that we all know that sardines have their fishy smell and taste and thru ginger, it will lessen its taste and will change it into a fresh taste...

after simmer, add 2 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce, and mix it.
continuously mix until it gets dry...

finally, when everything is a little bit dry pour the egg into the pan and mix it along with the sardines until you get the desired textures of the sardines and the egg...

Get a bowl and pour the cooked Especial Sardines...


THE LAST STEP IS TO SPRINKLE THE GARLIC BITS INTO OUR BOWL OF ESPECIAL SARDINES, 
TO MAKE IT SPECIAL SARDINES WITH CRUNCHY GARLIC BITS!!

You will surely amazed by the sardines simple recipes, give it a try and judged from yourself!.


   

If you are a good cooker you will never want to eat the sardines alone, and will never under estimate of any canned goods...
