Bagoong is one of our savory sauces, we often mix it into any food.

Raw Banana + bagoong is also a good combination for us, and we can live with it. Sometimes we just have the bagoong together with the rice and it's ready to eat and makes us full. This bagoong can definitely save the day when you don't have enough budget to buy a simple dish. Bagoong is very tasty, and you can make your own twist on how you going to prepare your bagoong and add some other spices.

KARE - KARE with BAGOONG

A kare - kare is boring without a bagoong, we are used to it, and it's very delicious.  Every Filipino is always asking for a bagoong whenever they have this kare - kare, or if we are in the restaurants, kare - kare is automatically served with bagoong.

Mango is our National Fruit in the Philippines, the taste is sometimes sour and sometimes sweet. Whenever we have seen mango along the street we can never escape to buy, especially if it is partnered with bagoong.  I would say that Mango plus Bagoong is a very perfect combination.
